The Data Controller for the data processing for the provision of training is the company for which you provide services. Please consult the information provided by your company in this regard. HEDIMA only processes the data as a Data Processor.
In the event that HEDIMA provides the company for which you provide services, the Service of management and processing of the bonus in the Social Security contributions, the corresponding company of the Group (indicated in the welcome email) will process your data as Data Controller. HEDIMA has received the data from your company with the sole purpose of providing the contracted service and in compliance with the provisions established in the regulations that regulate the Professional Training System for employment in the labor environment and its development regulations (Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Professional Training System for employment in the labor environment and Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, which develops the aforementioned Law).
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing corresponds to the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as the compliance with legal obligations associated with the evaluation, monitoring, and control of the training actions and/or inherent to the fulfillment of material and formal obligations that may be established related to the justification and/or accreditation of obtaining bonuses.
The data will be kept as long as the relationship is maintained and, in any case, in compliance with the legal prescription periods that may apply.
Your data may be provided to the Public State Employment Service (SPEE), competent bodies of the Autonomous Communities, European Social Fund or other organisms co-financing finalist training actions, including health data.
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and the limitation or opposition by written communication addressed to HEDIMA, with social address at Avda. This processing will be applicable for those management and processing services of the bonus that are carried out within the national territory of Spain.
In case you request HEDIMA the certification of the training provided, the corresponding Group company (indicated in the welcome email) will process the data as Data Controller only for that purpose. HEDIMA has received the data from your company with the sole purpose of providing the contracted service.
